- Send your $250.00 deposit made out to SLJH LLC to hold your date
- Send deposit to The Bradford House, 2418 Bradford Ave Janesville WI 53545
- 7 days allowed to get rental agreement & security deposit or lose date

- Sign agreement & send w/deposit the remaining balance is due within 45 days of your set date
- Credit Card add 3% convenience fee
